The M&T Company (M&T) is an engineering and logistics company, specializing in military aviation support equipment design, light manufacturing, acquisition and lifecycle support services. M&T was founded in 1918 as a privately owned small business and was acquired by CDI Corporation in 1971. Today, M&T works extensively in the areas of aircraft launch / recovery systems, and avionics support equipment with core competencies in engineering, logistics, technical publications, program management, and light manufacturing.
